Salary: Actual salary £21,187, based on a full time equivalent of £22,602 pa

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join the busy Reception Team in our “outstanding” school. As a lynchpin of the school you will possess first class communication skills, providing a warm welcome to our students, staff and visitors, as well as carrying out a range of administrative duties.

The ideal applicant should have strong administrative skills and experience within a similar role. A team player who has a positive attitude and flexibility to meet challenges as they arise on a day to day basis is essential.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent practical knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc). A knowledge of a management information system and behavioural systems would be advantageous; however, training will be given.

West Heath School is an Independent SEN residential school with charity status. We provide a therapeutically informed learning environment for children aged 10-19 who have suffered some form of trauma and are unable to access main stream education.
