At Hedgehogs Childcare we offer apprenticeships intended to train the next generation of Early Years Practitioners.
 
We have a network of knowledgeable practitioners and key people along with mentors who guide and train our apprentices alongside their studies.
 
We offer termly training sessions with our leaders, monthly mentor meetings and a chance to make lasting working relationships.
 
Our apprentices will be trained to highest standard of care and education.
