Sixth Form Student Support Manager 

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Sixth Form Student Support Manager with strong interpersonal skills. This role will involve working with our students to ensure they have the support to successfully progress to the next chapter of their lives.

High levels of literacy and ICT are essential. A first aid qualification and experience of child protection protocols would be an advantage. The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for all sixth form admissions
  • Administration within the department
  • Monitoring sixth form attendance
  • Regular communication with both the students and their parents/carers
  • Ensure students maintain a good standard of discipline and set high expectations for students’ behaviour
  • Provide levels of individual pastoral and academic support to students including those with special needs

Hours: 8am to 4pm term time, plus a few additional hours during the holidays and for evening parent consultations will be negotiated. 

Salary: KR5 £22,595.00 - £23,693.00 (Full time equivalent) depending on experience.
