Post: Wrap Around Care Manager

 Grade: Kent Range 5

Hours: 13.25 hrs per week (includes 1 hr planning time)

After School Club - 2.45pm to 5.30pm

(you will be expected to change/add an hours work time on rare occasions to Breakfast Club between 07:30am to 08:30am)

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint a Wrap Around Care Manager to be responsible for the development and daily management of the Wrap around care, providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.

To build links and work in partnership with parents, carers and professionals to promote the wellbeing of the children.

To develop, implement and review the policies, procedures and practices within the Wrap Around Care provision.

To develop and lead a team in line with the school’s vision and values.

To build a Wrap Around Care Provision that extends into holiday provision.

Experience of working with children is vital and you must be resilient, empathetic, patient, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn new skills.
