We are seeking a dedicated leader to support and assist our Headteacher with strategic planning and in managing, leading, and developing the school.

You will work closely with the Headteacher to formulate the aims and objectives of the school, establish policies, manage staff and resources and monitor progress.  You will spearhead the development and implementation of an ambitious, effective and progressive curriculum, provide strategic leadership to elevate the overall quality of education within the school, implement and oversee progress tracking, champion a culture of continuous improvement and serve as an inspirational role model for both staff and students.
