Five Acre Wood School are currently recruiting for a Receptionist and Pupil Administrator based at the satellite provision in Snodland. This role will be for 25 hours per week, 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday, term time only plus INSET days.

Job Purpose:

  • Manage and operate a secure and welcoming reception for all visitors.
  • Provide support to all staff in the implementation and maintenance of all office procedures and systems to ensure the smooth running of the school.
  • To provide a comprehensive range of receptionist and general office services within the school office.
  • To facilitate all aspects of EHCP’s including minute taking in annual reviews

Skills and Experience:

  • GCSE in English and Maths grade C (or above/equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a SEN school setting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and outlook
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to multi task and and work to deadlines
  • Be able to work as part of a team
