We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. Hours of work will be 8:30am to 3:30pm. The position is paid at KR5.

We are looking for an individual who is able to support an individual's learning in class through:

  • using social stories to develop greater social understanding
  • consider the school environment and think about how you can make it more comfortable.
  • use a stress scale, the incredible five-point scale to turn emotions into more concrete concepts. 
  • establish good communication with parents/carers
  • adapt learning opportunities to the pupil's needs.
