                                                      Term-time Teaching Assistant

 

Teaching Assistant required!  Our fantastic team need new members.

 We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, committed and experienced people to join our outstanding two- form entry primary school.  A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, and IT literate are all essential.

 

Hours 8.30am – 3.15pm, including lunchtime cover, Monday – Friday 28.75 hrs

plus 5 hours MDS – term time only (43 weeks paid plus 5 weeks holiday).

 

Salary: Kent Range 3. £21293.00 (pro rata £16434.00 approx).

 

We have a very strong team, who provide high quality support to our children;   Our Teaching Assistants can be class based or 1:1 depending on exeperience.  This post would be suitable for an individual with experience, or someone who is has a passion for childrens learning and is willing to train.

Langton Green Primary School, situated just west of Tunbridge Wells, is a 2-form entry Community Primary School which gained "Good" at their last Ofsted inspection.

The are a great team of hardworking, conscientious individuals who are rightly proud of their high standards and the friendly atmosphere which is evident in the school.

Our children are highly motivated and we offer a broad, rich curriculum which includes our own Forest School. We have high expectations for achievement, behaviour, attitudes and attendance.
