Hartley Primary Academy have a fantastic opportunity to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Assistants to join our highly collaborative and supportive team from January 2024. This role is pivotal to our success in the classroom and provides a great deal of support for our teachers, therefore our successful candidates will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and students alike. The successful candidates will work as part of a team and there are various opportunities across the academy to work with children in different year groups - a great way to gain experience of working within an Outstanding primary academy. We are looking for reliable and excellent communicators.
