Responsibilities:

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in computer science to students at various levels.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work, guiding their academic progress.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in computer science and technology to incorporate the latest industry trends into the curriculum.

 

The ability to teach Computer Science to A Level is essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Computing and IT curriculum and how this can be taught in an inspiring way to maximise student engagement and success. 

We welcome applications from creative and dynamic teachers who can contribute to this vision. The successful applicant will be someone who can inspire students. Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and ECTs.

The successful applicant will report to the Deputy Head and will have responsibility for teaching and learning, achievement and attainment of their subject within the department.
