Do you want to make a difference to children's lives but also have the flexibility to be at home in school holidays?

Pembury Primary School is a 'Good' community school for pupils aged 4 to 11.  We are a right respecting silver school, which means we have a commitment to support the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).  Why not come and ask our children about this?

We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly school.   The main purpose of this role is to supervise and assist our pupils throughout the lunch period to ensure their wellbeing and safety.

The successful person will be working both in the dining room and out on the playground/field.  We are an OPAL school which means a greta deal of time and resource is put into ensuring our children have the best experience at lunchtimes. The children have a range of areas to play for example; a quiet zone, music garden, footall area, dodge ball, dress up, den building and much more.  We are really excitied about our new snadpit that is being built this month.

Experience is preferable but not necessary, however flexibility, respect, resilience and good communication skills are essential together with a commiytment to quality play.

The hours are 11.30am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.  The salary is within Kent Range Band 3 and will be paid pro rata.

If you are interested in this role then please look at our website for further information about our school or get in touch to come and see lunchtimes in action.
