We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to join our administrative team. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our school office.

KR4 – 27.5 hours per week

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30 am – 2pm

Wednesday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and pupils in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the school’s general email account and correspondence.
  • Assist with student attendance, admissions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to teachers and senior staff as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy and organised work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour
