Pastoral Support Worker

Salary: Scale C2 points 12 – 25 (£26,421 - £32,215 FTE) - Pro-rata to £22,887 – £27,906

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (30 mins for lunch 37 hours per week)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Pastoral Support Worker who will be an integral part of the Inclusion Team and will provide an outstanding learning experience for the children in our school.

Key responsibilities for:

 

• Personal development of children, attitudes to learning, and ambitions of learners

• Behaviour and well-being of identified children across the school

• Developing positive relationships with the parents and carers of the children in your care

• Effective planning, co-ordination and delivery of social educational programmes, appropriate to need.

• Be committed to supporting children with SEND.
