Elaine Primary School is a large primary school serving a vibrant community in Rochester. We are part of The Inspire Partnership, a multi-academy trust of 9 schools based in Medway, Croydon and Greenwich.

 

The Headteacher is seeking to appoint two talented Teaching Assistants. You will join a strong and supportive team of staff within a school that is committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for its children and staff.

The successful candidates will:

•      hold a Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification

•      be excellent practitioners in the primary classroom

•      demonstrate commitment to personal and professional growth

•      embrace opportunities for research and development

•      be passionate about sharing best practice with colleagues across the school and wider trust

•      be committed to supporting children with SEND

 

Full-time TA role

Hours: 8:30AM – 3.30PM (30 Mins lunch) Term time only

Salary: Scale D2 points 4-11 (pro rata to £19,380-£21,782 per annum pro rata of £23,114-£25,979 per annum)

 

3 Day TA role

Hours: 8:30AM – 3.30PM (30 Mins Lunch) 3 days per week  Term time only

Salary: Scale D2 points 4-11 (pro rata to £11,628-£13,069 per annum pro rata of £23,114-£25,979 per annum)
