We are seeking a skilled and caring professional who is passionate about inclusion and eager to take on this maternity cover role in our school.

The post is 37 hours a week 39 weeks/311 days a year pro-rata

(8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.00pm Friday)

You must be able to demonstrate the following qualities, skills and experience:

• A love of children and the determination to include all, providing them with the best possible school journey

• A team player, flexible and an ability to work under pressure

• To be patient, compassionate and champion the needs of the most vulnerable and relate to the needs of their parents

• To have an understanding of SEND processes and procedures, including statutory assessment, working collaboratively with professionals to implement best practice

• Review, evaluate and influence improvements in provision for SEND pupils informing the plan-do-review cycle.

• Evidence and expertise of impact in inclusive teaching & learning working alongside profesisonals/external agencies.

• NVQ/CACHE level 3 (or equivalent).

Repton Manor Primary School is a mixed-gender foundation primary school for children aged 4 to 11, located at Repton Avenue, Ashford, Kent, TN23 3RX.

Since opening in 2012, the school has grown into a vibrant learning community with a strong “family ethos” where the individual child is recognised, valued and supported to achieve.
