Ashford Oaks is a fantastic school with a great team spirit and we are keen for a highly skilled and versatile Autism Intervention Practitioner to join us. Applicants must have a GCSE grade C (4) or equivalent in both Maths and English and recent experience in a school setting.

The children of Ashford Oaks say:

"Ashford Oaks is looking for a TA! We would like a caring person who understands our needs. They should be friendly and fun, firm but fair. They must know their subjects so they can help us learn.”

“I would like our new TA to be nice and easy to talk to so that they can listen and help you when you have a problem”

“A good TA needs to inspire us!”

“They should always have a smile to brighten people’s mood".

As you can see, our children know what they want!

Your contribution will make a real difference to the lives of our children, many of whom come from a challenging area. Our ethos is simple - inspire our children so that they can 'dare to dream'.
