Advert

We are looking for a multi-skilled individual, who is willing and keen to work as a member of our supportive team, ensuring our children receive the best education that we can offer.  This is an exciting new role that we have created to work alongside our experienced Inclusion Manager, as well as lead on attendance.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with children, who prioritises mental health and wellbeing.  You will work with staff, parents and children in this varied role, as well as with outside agencies.

Within this role, you will need to display empathy and resilience, as well as competency in a variety of online systems and MS Office applications.  Working alongside a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will monitor attendance across the school and implement support when needed.

You will need to be self-directing, highly motivated and above all, keen to learn and willing to engage in CPD, in order to have maximum impact on the lives of our children.

We are a member of the Aletheia Academies Trust, who offer support to all schools within the Trust.  Rosherville is currently a smaller than average primary school; however, we will be expanding and moving to a new local site in the near future.  We are looking for someone who would like to grow with the school.

Visits to the school are encouraged.  Please contac the School Office to arrange a visit.
