Are you positive and do you have lots of energy? Are you passionate about working with children and want to work as part of a team to ensure that all children achieve their potential in a happy and safe environment?

The candidate will be prepared to work across the school, and able to work with groups or individual children undertaking intervention programmes. The role will include supervision and mentoring of children at lunchtimes. Experience of working with EYFS children with additional needs will be an advantage.

You will need to have broad experience of working with similar pupils in a mainstream setting and have the compassion to support and nurture all children.

The post is for 5 days a week 8:45 am – 3.15pm, term time only. Salary in accordance with Kent Pay Scheme Grade KR3.

St Matthew's High Brooms Church of England Primary School, is a two-form entry Church of England primary school in a semi-urban area of Tunbridge Wells and Southborough. We have an extensive site and large outdoor areas.

At present there are approximately 360 children on roll. The school serves the community of High Brooms, St John's and Southborough.

We are a happy and lively school that places the children at the heart of everything that we do. Children benefit from many opportunities and take part in the excellent range of academic, physical and creative activities that we offer, both during and after school.
