We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality administrative assistance to the Human Resources function of the School.  This is a full time, term time only.

The successful applicant will be hard working, efficient and a pro-active team player. You will be confident answering the phone and dealing with a range of enquiries, both internally and externally and be able to manage a range of administrative tasks. You will naturally be a warm and friendly person with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, pupils and parents/carers. Experience of education would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will need to possess strong admin skills, along with a willingness to undertake any necessary training. This is a varied and busy role incorporating a range of tasks including ensuring that safer recruitment processes are followed at all times.

Ripplevale Rochester is an independent specialist provision for students aged 6 to 25 who have been diagnosed with various needs, which may include ASD, dyslexia, speech, language and communication difficulties, DCD, sensory, social, emotional and other learning difficulties along with high levels of anxiety.
