We have 1 x vacancy for 42.5 hours a week for 41 weeks in a year, salary starts from £38,642.00 Including Outer Fringe Allowance of £724.00

We are looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Nurse (school experience not essential)

Passionate about working with vulnerable children and young persons.

Is enthusiastic and flexible in their working practice.

Will work effectively as part of the whole school team.

Parkwood Hall is a residential and day school for pupils aged 8-19 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and language difficulties.  We are passionate about our Co-operative values of self-help, self- responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity.

Parkwood Hall aims to provide an outstanding and supportive learning environment which challenges students to achieve success. The core learning values, which are at the centre of the curriculum, focus upon developing the student’s resilience and ability to make informed life choices.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our dedicated and friendly school, to work to deliver the best possible medical care for our pupils and staff on a daily basis. This is a varied and challenging post which would suit a Registered General Nurse who loves working with children and will have experience either within a school environment or working with children and young people. This role is to provide not only medical care, administering medication, but also to provide key support to residential and day staff to meet the needs of the students. This role is term time only and salary will be based on qualification and experience.
