Turner Schools has an exciting opportunity available for ambitious and motivated individuals looking to be part of our team of tutors supporting students in closing the gap. We are unashamedly ambitious for what every child in our care can achieve and our Turner Tutoring Team will reflect these values, offering high quality tutoring, supported by our subject teams in English, Maths and Science. This is a dynamic and flexible role with a real opportunity to make a difference to the students that need it most through providing small group intervention for English, Maths and Science, delivering a highly structured programme of intervention. Successful candidates will complete an extensive programme of training before beginning the role. Although experience in schools or QTS is desirable, we would also welcome applications from graduates, TAs, or HLTAs who may be looking to teach in the future or would like to focus their expertise on small-group intervention work.
