Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for a new challenge? Wrotham Road Primary School is seeking a talented School Business Manager to join our team. We are part of The Golden Thread Alliance, a thriving, vibrant and inclusive Multi Academy Trust in the North Kent area.

  • 37 hours per week, term time only + 2 weeks
  • Kent Range 9 – 32,485 to 36,693 FTE per annum, pro rata to £29,173.

The role includes responsibility for leading the school operations and you will work as the lead support staff professional, working to assist the COO, DCOO and Head of School in their duties, to ensure that the school meets its educational and operational aims.

You will be responsible for premises, health and safety management, aspects of HR, along with the line management of admin, site and some support staff teams. This is a varied and rewarding role which would suit a well organised, flexible person with an aptitude for hard work, creativity, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Wrotham Road Primary School is a two form entry primary school set close to Gravesend town centre. The school is a thriving multicultural establishment and prides itself on providing a happy, safe and caring environment for all of its pupils.
