Hours: 32.5 hours per week Term time only (39 working weeks, plus 5.6 weeks of paid holiday)

Salary: £20,000 pa actual salary inclusive of paid holiday. Full time equivalent salary £23,370

If you would like to be part of our journey to support students’ lives we are looking for a Specialist Learning Support Assistant (Keyworker) to join our team within our ‘HEART’ Department, as part of our Ofsted rated outstanding provision. You will be working with our students who require the most support integrating into the school community.

The HEART Department supports young people who have a higher complexity of needs within their social, emotional and mental health requirements. The ideal candidate would have experience of SEMH in a professional arena.

West Heath School is an Independent SEN residential school with charity status. We provide a therapeutically informed learning environment for children aged 10-19 who have suffered some form of trauma and are unable to access main stream education.
