We are currently hiring for a Behaviour Intervention Manager to join our fantastic team of support staff from. Our ideal candidate will have looking direct experience of working with children. You will be responsible for looking after the welfare of students and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in building and maintaining a disciplined, yet caring ethos across the school. The Behaviour Intervention Manager will also be expected to promote and adhere to the Trust’s values to be unusually brave, discover what’s possible, push the limits and be big hearted.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people. We warmly welcome visits to the school so you can see your relevant department in action and meet staff who you would be potentially working with from November. Our facilities are outstanding across the school so you would have all the tools available to you.
