Early Years Practitioner for Littleview Day Nursery

Hillview Range 3 Point 1

(Full time equivalent salary £21,680 actual pro rata £20,892)

Term time plus INSET days and one week during school holidays

Hours of work:  8am - 5pm Monday to Friday working in the Toddler room with children aged 2 years to 3 years

Must attend staff meetings, home visits, Staff training (internally and externally), parent evenings and SENCO meetings

Littleview Day Nursery has an exciting new position available for a practitioner to work in all three-age rooms (Level 3 qualified would be desirable).

We are a 26-place nursery, based in the wonderful town of Tonbridge. Littleview has a curiosity approach and provides lots of awe and wonder teaching.

If you have a nurturing, caring, positive and enthusiastic personality, full of creative ideas then our small, friendly and welcoming team is the perfect workplace for you.

The practitioner would preferably hold a Level 3 qualification but must have experience working within the childcare profession. They must perform an important role caring for children, maintaining a high quality, and a stimulating learning environment. They must have good knowledge and understanding of child development and know how to progress and challenge children's next steps by following their individual interests.
