Fleetdown Primary Academy is looking for a Class Teacher to join a vibrant, hard-working, excellent team of teachers from January 2024.  This is a fixed term position until 31 August 2024 to provide maternity cover. There is a possibility that the position could be made permanent, but this isn’t guaranteed.

Every teacher is entitled to the best possible CPD. No teacher is ever left to plan alone.  Reducing teacher workload and improving teacher well-being is a priority.  Governance arrangements fully support the development of teachers, enabling them to concentrate on teaching and learning.  A high priority is placed on developing the deeper learning of basic skills, whilst at the same time developing a broad and balanced curriculum of foundation subjects.  There are excellent opportunities for future career development across our schools.
