Job Title                   First Aid Coordinator

Salary                       Grade 4: £21,772 to £22,856 pa depending on experience
                                  (Actual salary £19,206 to £20,163 pa)

Hours                        37 hours per week (Term Time plus 5 inset days and 5 additional days)

Responsible to        PA to Head Teacher & Office Manager


Our school is one of three secondary schools, and a primary school which together form Endeavour MAT. Whilst the school first opened in September 2019 with just four forms in Year 7, it has expanded to an eight-form entry school, growing exponentially with each academic year. This growth presents a range of exciting career opportunities to join our existing staff team.

We are looking to appoint a Lead First Aider & Administrator to join us as we grow and expand our  highly popular, co-educational community secondary school based in North Kent.


 Our Ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a first aid at work qualification.
  • Be able to act as the first point of contact to assess and provide first aid to students.
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding in a school environment.
  • Provide high-quality admin support to colleagues, students and parents.
