We need an enthusiastic, kind, caring and dedicated teaching assistant to join our KS1 team. This post will be on a temporary contract for 25 hours per week. The successful applicant will be based in our year 1 and 2 classes to provide extra support for our fabulous pupils. Ash Cartwright and Kelsey is a happy and nurturing school where our children are at the very heart of all that we do. You will be part of a committed team and our staff room always has a supply of cakes and biscuits. Visits to the school prior to application are a vital part of the recruitment process.  

Information about the school

Ash, Cartwright and Kelsey is a CE Aided Primary School set in the heart of the rural village of Ash. We have easy access to Canterbury, Thanet and Sandwich. We currently have seven classes and a nursery which also offers childcare provision. We offer well established Breakfast and After School child care and a strong set of extra-curricular after school clubs. A strong distinctive Christian character permeates the school and ensures all children are valued for their academic, physical and spiritual talents. We are a good school - Ofsted September 2019 and a good Church School - SIAMS September 2019.
