Headcorn Primary School is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our hard-working, fun-loving team as we complete our transition into a two-form entry primary school.

The successful applicant will be someone who loves to inspire and support our children and is a supportive member of our team, fully engaged in all aspects of school life. You should be a highly efficient, flexible and reliable. 

Previous successful experience as a Teaching Assistant and experience as an HLTA or some cover in an HLTA role in KS1 or KS2 is desirable. The relevant NVQ2/3 qualification would be an advantage.

We need someone who can work from 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch break. As part of the contract you will be paid an additional 19 hours which are likely to be used for an inset day and additional training sessions, dates to be provided at the start of the academic year.

Our school is set in the growing village of Headcorn and has completed its transition into a two-form entry primary school.
