We are looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure a high standard of secretarial and administrative support. You will need strong, proactive organisational and IT skills.  You will also be competent with handling sensitive information and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.  As an experienced administrator you will be able to maintain deadlines and stay on track, following policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible, friendly an efficient and able to work calmly and accurately under pressure, ensuring their role is completed to the right standard. Duties will include a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks, reception and telephone duties, as well as working positively with staff, children and families.  Previous experience of working in a school would be beneficial.

The role is for 35 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks).  Hours to be worked 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday with 1/2 hour lunch break.
