Dover Christ Church Academy (DCCA) continues to strive towards excellence. The Isolation and Internal Exclusion Manaager at DCCA helps maintain the excellent behaviour within the school. 

The successful applicant will have the ability following training to analyse data, organise the behaviour tracking system, create a calm and ordered environment in the isolation and internal exclusion room, communicate with parents and be extremely efficient with time.

We expect the role to suit a wide range of people, such as (but not insisting upon), candidates with an educational or uniformed services career background. You will need to have a strong work ethic and the desire to accelerate your own development through this role.

If you are the successful candidate, you will have strong behaviour management skills and interpersonal skills, and you will be a good team player.
