EXCITING OPPORTUNITY - SENCO position available in our warm and inclusive team. 

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated and committed team. Our systems are well established and successful and our team is incredibly supportive.

We are looking to appoint an excellent, efficient, positive, caring, creative and enthusiastic SENCO who will work as part of our Senior Leadership Team and guide staff on how to provide best outcomes for al pupils.

We are looking for an individual who can provide a strong strategic and operational oversight of provision for those pupils with SEND.  You will be supported by the Headteacher, leadership and teaching team.  We expect you to ensure effective, efficient and clear communication to parents, pupils and staff, in addition to liaising with outside agencies.  

A passion to work alongside our experienced staff team in classrooms is essential.  We will expect you to promote an inclusive culture enabling all children to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation. Candidates would ideally have already acheived their SENCO qualification and have experience of working as a SENCO.

There are fourteen classes with a dedicated team of teaching assistants who provide professional support for the children's learning. The schools last Ofsted inspection was February 2023 where we maintained our Good judgement and at the SIAMS inspection In July 2017 received an outstanding judgement in all areas .
