Teaching Assistant/Midday Supervisor - Term Time

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant/Midday Meals Supervisor with experience of children in Key Stage One and Two, to support children for 27.5hrs per week.  The hours of work are from 8.45am - 3.15pm, with an hour for lunch and you may be asked to move across our Primary school as needed.

You will need good skills in English and Maths and will have knowledge of phonics. Experience of working with children with speech and language difficulties or special educational needs would also be helpful. You will be joining a friendly and dedicated team who are committed to providing every child with the support and opportunities they need to progress in their learning. 

You will need patience, an encouraging and positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude.  You will also need to be able to use your initiative and skills to adapt learning to help children. A good sense of humour would also be most welcome.
