We are looking for an innovative teacher to join our team, initially as maternity cover but there may be the opportunity for the role to become permenant, either at Seal or within one of our other schools within the Trust.

Seal is part of the Inspire Academy Movement which consists of three schools that work closely together, researching and trialling new and innovative pedagogical practice.

We have an opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and vibrant join our team from January 2024.

The Inspire Academy Movement recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time to share special occasions.

Staff with children under school age will be given the day off to spend their child’s birthday with them. When your child reaches school age, staff will be given time to attend school events e.g. sports day, nativities and church services.

If you wish for your child to attend Seal Nursery or Seal Primary School you will be given a 50% discount on breakfast and after school club fees and 20% discount on nursery fees.

Teachers are given an additional release day each term to complete medium term planning for the following term to reduce the amount of work they need to do during the school holidays, as this needs to be spent recuperating and reenergising.
