Job Title:                   Student Pastoral and Well-Being Manager's ( 1 x SEN and 1 x Student Year                                    Support)

Salary:                       Grade 6: £24,338 - £27,075 pa. (£21,376 - £23,780 pa actual pro-rata salary)

Responsible to:        Assistant Head Teacher: Pastoral and Well Being

Working Pattern:      37 hours per week, term time plus 10 additional days pa


We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and creative individual to assist in providing support to students and assisting the staff around the school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Heads of Year to ensure pastoral support for a number of year groups. Taking a lead role in managing attendance, well-being and academic progress. To work with parents and students to ensure that the correct pastoral and academic support is in place and that students make progress in line with their abilities.
