Advert

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to start teaching after the October half term in one of our three Year 6 classes. This is a part-time position of 0.5 with the teaching at the end of the week, sharing with a well experienced and supportive teacher who is the established job share. This is a rare opportunity to join a happy and stable team: the current teacher is leaving, having been at our wonderful school for 15 years and is now moving into a different way of working with children.

If you are dedicated and passionate about learning and want to develop your teaching skills, this could be just the place for you.

Please note - This is a temporary post, which we think will run until April, with the possibility that it could be for the rest of the academic year.

We are looking for a teacher who will:

  • Put children first.
  • Have high expectations for children.
  • Be active in developing positive relationships with children, parents/carers and staff.
  • Help drive our school forward.
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner who leads by exemplary practice.

We can offer:

  • Fantastic children who enjoy school and strive to do their best.
  • A vibrant and dedicated staff team.
  • A clearly structured CPD programme.
  • A school whose ethos is ‘Child First, Pupil Second’.
  • A school with a lively, rich and engaging curriculum.

We would love to have the opportunity to meet you and show you around the school, or if you have any queries, please email:
