An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a SENCO to join St. Paul's Church of England Primary School in Swanley Village, Kent.  We have a fantastic team to support the inclusive practices that are well established across the school.

We are looking to appoint an excellent, efficient, caring, creative and enthusiastic SENCO who will work as part of our Senior Leadership Team.

This is a part-time position for 1.5 days with days and hours being flexible.

We are looking for an individual who can provide a strategic and operational oversight of provision for those pupils with SEND.  You will be supported by the Head of School and teaching team.  We expect you to ensure effective, efficient and clear communication to parents, pupils and staff, in addition to liaising with outside agencies.

A passion to work alongside our experienced staff team in the classrooms is essential.  We will expect you to promote an inclusive culture enabling all children to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation. In this instance, we are looking for candidates to have already acheived their SENCO qualification and have experience of working as a SENCO.

Visits to see our school are encouraged. Please contact the school office to arrange a tour.
