At The Victory Academy, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and caring school. Our strong staff-pupil relationships create an environment where students know that we’ve got their back and genuinely care about their well-being—even those who find learning challenging. Here, pupils celebrate and respect each other’s uniqueness, echoing one student’s sentiment: “You can be who you want to be here.” (Ofsted 2023)

Our campus provides an inspiring backdrop for growth and discovery. With excellent resources at your fingertips, you’ll thrive as an educator. We boast a robust arts education program, including a prestigious Platinum Artsmark award—an achievement held by less than 1% of schools in England.

We believe in the individuality of each person. Every member of our community possesses unique gifts and talents, which we nurture and channel.
