Do you want to help young people learn and develop? Do you have a passion for education and improving the lives of Primary school children with specific needs?

We are in need of a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant, with a preferred Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or working towards this qualification) to work in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 providing learning support both within the classroom and for small groups of children. The position we are offering is for a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2024 in the first instance.

This role will also involve working across the whole school to provide lunchtime supervision.

Other aspects of the role will entail daily interaction with pupils and the class teacher, following lesson plans and preparing the learning environment.  You would be expected to use your own initiative to support the teaching staff.
