We are looking for a positive, well organised and motivated Site Manager to maintain our site to a high standard and join our hardworking and friendly team at Culverstone Green Primary School.

Reporting to the School Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance to ensure the security, safety and condition of the school site (buildings and grounds).

This position is full time for 52 weeks of the year with 27 days holiday.

The Kent Range 6 salary is £23,801 - £25262 FTE.  There is an Essential User Allowance for this role of £1,440 per annum. There is also the potential of a £2,000 Recruitment and Retention payment for a suitable candidate - this will be discussed at the interview stage. 

Hours of work are 37 hours per week. 25 Hours per week at Culverstone Green Primary School and the remaining hours to be used across all Trust Schools based on need.

There is also the option of working just the 25 hours per week at Culverstone Green Primary School. The salary for this would be Kent Range 6, £23,801 - £25,262 FTE, pro-rata to an actual salary of £16,081.76 - £17,068.92 based on 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with 27 days holiday.
