IT Technician

Salary: TSAT Pay Group 3 £24,743 - £28,922 per annum (inclusive of September increment)

Location: Kent Hub

Full time 37 hours, 52 weeks per year

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our IT Support Team, based out of our Kent Hub with travel to other Trust schools as required. We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Technician who has passion for technology and thrives on providing exemplary customer service to the schools supported by our service.

The role within Thinking Technology, the IT service of the Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is to ensure that our customers can make the most of their experience learning and working across our schools. You would join a team of dedicated IT professionals with a range of specialisms, and the opportunity to learn new skills and be exposed to newest Microsoft technologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Windows 10, and desktop and laptop technologies, together with detailed troubleshooting experience. They will be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player with a willingness and flexibility to work across the department, and have the ability to balance their workload.
