Wayfield Primary is an inclusive school, and as such, the successful candidate will provide support for children from a range of backgrounds.

The successful candidate will work in our after-school club to help provide a fun, safe and creative provision. It is essential that the successful candidate can build strong relationships with the children of varying ages who attend, in order to help them enjoy their time at the after-school provision, by helping to nurture a positive climate within the setting. This role will involve preparing simple nutritious meals, arranging play and learning opportunities, so we are looking for someone who will work as part of a team and show individual initiative and creativity to make our afterschool club a safe and fun place for our children.  

We work in collaboration with our Trust, The Primary First Trust, which currently consists of ten primary schools in Medway, Kent and Bexley. This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence.
