We are looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Exams and Data Assistant to provide support to the Trust Exams Manager and Student Services Manager in all aspects of the examination process, as well as providing support in the provision and delivery of all school related data and information at Folkestone Academy.

The successful candidate will:

  • Strong ICT skills and Data Analyst skills
  • Must be able to use Excel or similar spreadsheet software
  • Highly motivated and organised person with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator with a flexible approach to work
  • Enjoy completing their work in a professional and positive manner, relish solving problems and take pride in helping people
  • Have high ethical standards
  • Have the ability to demonstrate honesty and integrity
  • Enjoy working as a team
  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • GCSE in English and Maths Grade 4 and above
