Bourne Alliance Multi Academy Trust is seeking a committed and an enthusiastic Afternoon Club Assistant.

Bourne Alliance MAT consists of 4 schools: Bobbing Village School, Iwade Primary, Grove Park Primary and the Aspire special school all based in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Our popular and successful Out of Hours Club, based predominately at Iwade School, has a permanent vacancy in our Afterschool Provision Child's Play. Monday to Friday 2:45 pm - 5:45 pm,  15 hours a week for 39 weeks a year. Immediate start. Range 3 pro rata annual salary £7,491 (full time equivalent £21,293).
 
There are also further hours available for cover during the holiday club which opens between 7.30am and 18.00 during the school holidays.

We are looking for attentive, child focussed and friendly applicants who enjoy working directly with children. Previous experience within a school or childcare setting is preferred. This person ideally needs to hold a NVQ level 2 in childcare, supporting teaching and learning, play work or an equivalent qualification but training will be given.
 
We are seeking to employ a positive, creative and collaborative team member to join our team and providing an engaging and stimulation environment for our pupils.

You must be able to communicate professionally with parents and carers, and internal and external colleagues, work both proactively and with direction to deliver high quality activities for children aged 4 to 11.
