We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people, who are committed to working with children. Candidates must be dedicated, patient and caring, in order to help our pupils to achieve their full potential.

The Bridge and Reintegration Support Leader will take the lead in the planning and delivery of our alternative provision for pupils who are struggling to access school due to their mental health.  They will also support the reintegration of pupils from The Bridge provision back into mainstream education at Folkestone Academy and Turner Free School.

If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of children, through building their resilience and enabling them to achieve, both academically and personally, then this could be the ideal role for you.

We welcome applications from candidates who have experience in supporting children in a secondary school environment. We are looking for committed, team players with the energy and drive to make a real difference.  Experience in Safeguarding, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Resilience training would be an advantage. The ideal candidate would have experience of referring to, and working alongside outside agencies in order to support children and their families.

As a member of our faculty team, you will play a key role in establishing our expectations and ethos. We are dedicated to continuous professional development in all areas, and will ensure that you receive high quality and effective training in order to support you in your role.  

A good level of written and verbal communication is essential and will be assessed at interview.
