Job Title: Senior Premises Manager

Location Orchards Academy                     Salary/ salary range: Kent Range 10 £36,866          

Closing Date: 23/06/23 We reserve the right to close the vacancy early should we receive a significant number of applications.

37 hours per week

Hours: 8.00am to 4.00pm Mon- Thurs, 8.00am - 3.30pm Fridays – Flexibility will be required

Following the recent news that Orchards Academy has been awarded a new build by the Government we are very excited to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Premises Manager.

 We are looking for a highly passionate, enthusiastic and committed individual who shares our belief in providing these highest levels of education for all students.

Amongst other things this ideal candidate should demonstrate;

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging issues.

- Proficiency in using multiple IT systems

- Excellent planning and organisational skills to include time management.

- Experience in working in a facilities management role or senior premises manager role.

- Experience of managing Health and Safety in the workplace
