Rusthall St Paul's are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated teacher to join our team in September 23, when the school will be embarking on a new and exciting journey with a new leadership team.

We are a values led school that promotes the importance of self developemnt of opportuties to thrive. We offer the opportunity to learn together, both within your own school and across other local primary schools.

We are looking for good practitioner that understands the importance of creative teaching with good predagogical knowledge and understanding. The successful candidate will be given support to flourish and become the best teacher you can be.

The weekly staff development meetings will focus on the development of curriculum and pedagogy. We recognise that workload can be overwhelming; therefore teachers will be given two days out of class a term (on top of PPA) to write medium term plans for the following term, reducing time spent in holidays planning.
