Our recently formed Lightyear Federation, combining Repton Manor and Greatstone Primary School, are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to take on the new role of our first ever Estates Manager. 

You will be responsible for the security, caretaking and general maintenance needs of the premises to ensure the schools are safe and secure environments for pupils, teachers and visitors and presented to a high standard.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature towards children of all ages. You will play a very significant role in the lives of both our schools - our children, their families, our staff and the communities.

The Estates Manager will strategically plan for the development of both school sites, considering the short, medium- and long-term provision. They will lead two school teams of cleaners and a part time caretaker at each school when recruited, forming the Lightyear site team.

The Estates Manager will be integral to both school communities and will often be a hero and problem solver for the children and staff. Whilst both schools are quite diverse, we share the same values - Caring, Dreaming, Thinking Bigger.
