Downsview Community Primary School is seeking an inspirational and enthusiastic Class Teacher to lead the learning in a KS1 or KS2 class from September 2023.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning;
  • Is positive and nurturing with the children in their care;
  • Develops positive relationships with colleagues and works well as part of a team;
  • Contributes positively to wider school life and understands the importance of fostering positive relationships within in the school community;

Information about the school

Downsview Community Primary School is an open, inclusive and welcoming school set in a semi-rural location in Swanley. We are a one form entry school with classes from Reception to Year 6. We are fortunate to be set in extensive grounds with lots of opportunities for outdoor learning and recreation.

We aim to provide the pupils in our care with learning, experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. Pupil and staff well-being is an ever-present priority for us.
