We are offering an exciting opportunity to an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our highly collaborative and supportive team, covering PPA and Leadership release time for our teachers. Our teaching support team is pivotal to our success in the classroom and the Cover Supervisor will strengthen the team even further with their knowledge, experience and additional support that they can provide our teaching staff with. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who already have relevant experience in this capacity, or for those aspiring to become a qualified teacher. We can train you for that too!

Our successful applicant will work under the guidance of the Headteacher and teaching staff in collaboration to plan and deliver high quality, challenging and motivating learning experiences. They will be able to establish strong working relationships with staff and children alike, be able to work as part of a team and will be reliable and excellent communicators. Subject specialism is highly desirable. EYFS/Key stage 1/Key Stage 2 experience is essential for this opportunity.  However, if the candidate has limited experience in a phase additional training can be given as appropriate.
